We love all of our clients at Sugar Bee, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Waxing Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Clients will be given a 10 minute grace period, if client is more than 10 minutes late a fee of $5 will be added ONLY IF we are able to service you. We reserve the right to cancel any appoint if client is over 10 minutes late. If you will be late simply call or text us and give us a heads up and make sure we will still be able to see you.
Deposits are collected at the time of booking in order to hold your spot and confirm your appointment. Deposits are no-refundable. If your appomitment is canceled for any reason due to Sugar Bee you willbe given the option to reschedule or your deposit will be refunded.
Clients who cancel appointments will lose deposit. Clients can reschedule appointment up to 24 hours before appointment and will be able to use the same deposit.
SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS
Appointments made same day MUST be made with Sugaring Speacialist and can not be done online. There will be an additaional fee of $10 added to service and service fee must be paid IN FULL (cashapp, or invoice) at the time of booking.
ALL CLIENTS MUST WEAR MASK FOR THE DURATION OF SERVICES.
